Phil Demmel

Phil Demmel is an American guitarist best known for his work with the thrash metal band Machine Head. Born on April 2, 1971, in California, he joined Machine Head in 1996 and played a pivotal role in shaping the band's sound, characterized by aggressive riffs and complex arrangements. Demmel's guitar work is featured on several of the band's notable albums, including *The Burning Red* (1999), *Supercharger* (2001), *Through the Ashes of Empires* (2003), *The Blackening* (2007), and *Catharsis* (2018).
